Is metadata 100% gone?
Re-encoding drops the usual EXIF/GPS. Weird sidecar formats can still exist — this is the common case.
Does the picture look worse?
JPEG re-encode can nibble quality. Use a high-quality original.
Do you store what I type?
Browser tools stay in this tab. Refreshing the page clears the form. Nothing is saved to a Pulse account.
Is this free?
Yes. Pulse stays free because of advertising. Ads may appear when you copy, download, or run the main action.
